THINGS TO DO BEFORE STAYING AT AVALON PET HOTEL

Ensure all vaccinations are in date

DOGS
Annual Booster - if this has lapsed by 3 months the course will need to be started again, and all vaccines administered before arrival, if booster only – needs to be done 48 hours before arriving
Kennel Cough - must be given annually, if booster only, this must be done 72 hours before arrival, if out of date (no buffer as with annual booster) this must be administered a minimum of 2 weeks before arriving with us

CATS

IF YOUR PETS VACCINES ARE OUT OF DATE THEN THEY WILL BE TURNED AWAY

Food
If providing your pets own food, please give clear written instructions and please provide extra food just in case. Also ensure everything is clearly labeled and to ensure the correct amount is given. Please supply a named measuring cup.
If you are supplying raw food for your pet please ensure that some is already thawed out for us to use on the day your pet arrives with us.
DOGS - If you are happy for us to use our Avalon food, please confirm how much and how often your dog needs to be fed.
CATS – if you are happy for us to use our Avalon Food we tend to leave the dry down all day and feed wet twice a day.

Bedding and Toys
Should you wish to bring bedding/toys for your pet, all items need to be clearly labeled and bedding MUST be of a size that it can fit into a conventional washing machine to be washed.
AVALON PET HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO BEDDING/TOYS

Opening/drop off/collection times
Monday – Saturday
9am – 5pm
When dropping your pet off please have them with us no later than 3.30
Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 9am-1pm

We are closed the following days for drop off and collection (please note on New Years Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day we charge double the normal daily rate):

Christmas Day
Boxing Day

Charging
We charge for the day of arrival irrespective of the time, but on the collection day, if you collect before 1pm you will not be charged for that day.
